About Clark Kelley

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Sioux Falls real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Sioux Falls areas, please contact me.

I was born in Sasebo Japan to Navy parents and graduated from high school in Tyndall, SD.  (my dad was from Avon -10 miles away). I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Sioux Falls here in town.

My wife, Kris, is a speech pathologist for the Sioux Falls School District and is the Speech and Hearing Association state president this year.

We have 3 children - Audra is married and lives in Sioux Falls,  Julianne is in Nursing school and lives in Sioux Falls with our granddaughter, Nadia.  Sam is our youngest and is a senior at Roosevelt High School.  After school Sam will be going into the Marines.

Everyone needs a friend in real estate-someone you can trust with such important matters as your security and your investments.

Would you place that kind of trust and confidence in me?  You may ask "Why should I?"

1. I am honest.  I don't shade the truth and my word is good.

2. I am reliable.  If I tell a client I am going to do something, it will get done.

3. I have time for you.  Many people are too busy.  I am never too busy for you.

4. I am a licensed real estate broker associate.  That means I have passed a state licensing exam that required much dedicated study.

5. I live here and have pride in and concern for our community.  Some of my community services have included Rotary, volunteer fire fighter, track and field fund raising campaigns, past school board member (Tyndall), youth wrestling and Asst. coach, Knights of Columbus as well as various committees for the Realtor Association.

6. I am proud to be associated with the Dunham Company, which many people, myself included, believe to be one the finest real estate agencies in Sioiux Falls.  Dunham Company is celebrating their 30th year in business here.

7. With 30 years of home ownership I can offer many insights into home ownership.

If you give me the chance, I promise I will prove I care, and that I am highly capable of serving your best interests.

Sincerely,

Clark Kelley
